1991年に行われたダブリン市の再開発のための都市デザインコンペで選ばれた‘グループ91’のメンバーであり、ダブリン市にあるテンプル・バー地区を中世から残る歴史的な建物と新しいものが融合した町並みに作り上げる。
最近では、ミース賞へのノミネートやETHZでレクチャーを行うなどヨーロッパを中心に活動の幅を広げている。
2011年にミース賞にノミネートされた「Dublin Dental Hospital」をはじめ、学校、図書館、住宅やギャラリーなど21作品を紹介。
