今年2021年のプリツカー賞を受章したラカトン＆ヴァッサル。1989年にパリに事務所を設立。アンヌ・ラカトンとジャン・フィリップ・ヴァッサルの男女建築ユニット。30年以上にわたり、大いに熱量のある建築を作り続け、時代の社会的・環境的な問題をシンプルかつ強力な言語に翻訳してきた。

プリツカー賞受章を機会にArchitectura Viva社のシリーズであるAVモノグラフ207号（2014年）のラカトン＆ヴァッサル特集が2021年の最新作を含む内容に増補され、176ページのボリューム、ハードカバーかつ布張りで新たに出版となった。

パレ・ド・トーキョー、ナンテのオフィス・ビル、広州美術館、530戸の集合住宅ほか、竣工した17作品およびプロジェクト14作品の計31作品。
